A linguagem se chama Pawn. Então, seu código tem um grande problema que é ter public's de filterscript e de gamemode juntas. Ou você usa OnFilterScriptInit ou OnGameModeInit. O warning que você enviou acontece pois é necessário colocar DOF2_Exit(); na OnFilterScriptExit ou OnGameModeExit(depende se for Filterscript ou gamemode).
