ORM Tutorial on r40 and up

hello dear Gta lover
i just look between topics and forums on the web and know the new way named ORM is defined on new my sql versions that skip the querys 

i read some topics and forums
there i see a few tips about orm creating var and calling funactions on it
but i need a begginer tutorial for it 
if anybody can explay it for me i have a big thank for he.
there i need to know the orm for login and reg system and vehicle and house sys too
i read simple filter scripts writed by orm but i need some one to explain the words for me
