Como faço para plugins problemas? Não tenho um arquivo no meu PC sem framework, não sei onde link esse framework

Cara tive o mesmo problema com isso recentemente, e sim é falta dos arquivos Framework.

Baixei todos os pacotes que necessitava para o funcionamento por aqui.
